Your new interiors come complete with:

1. All shelving is “A” grade melamine so that it is easy for you to maintain, with minimum effort.

2. Shelving is cleated and screwed to your walls.

3. Federation uses “G” form aluminum hanging rail in all the top hanging to ensure your shelves do not sag and all the heavy hanging is well supported.

4. All the lower hanging and shoe rails (when used) are aluminum for extra strength (not chrome rod which has a seam and is therefore weaker).

5. All the drawers and baskets are on steel roller slides for your ease of operation and to ensure maintenance free use. All the drawers are a complete four sided unit with a separate screwed on front.

6. Be careful of three sided drawers with glued on drawer fronts. When the drawer is pulled out and comes to a sudden stop on the runner, over a period of time this would tend to loosen the glued on front.

8. The system is a floor rolling system not top hung (eliminating any ceiling damage due to the weight of the doors).

9. The bottom track has been designed with a “V” groove to keep the wheels free from lint and dust.

10. The wheels are fully adjustable, acetal polymer. These we also guarantee for a period of 15 years so that you can enjoy your new piece of furniture trouble free.

11. We can build wall to wall or to an end panel.

12. All the doors are safety backed for your security and to ensure the long life of the mirror. The safety backing used carries the Australian safety standards (as) 2208-1996 impact test. This protects the mirror against scratching and airborne moisture which is the reason for the black discoloring on mirrors.

13. The mirror doors are screwed together for extra strength (not glued or clipped)

14. The mirror is housed in a rubber gasket which absorbs any shocks.

15. All our mirror doors come with a continuous rubber cushion down each door style for extra sealing of the robe and to reduce the impact of the doors closing on to the walls. All these cushions and the rubber gasket to house the mirror in the frame are colour coordinated to our standard colour range, making this product very pleasing to the eye.
